When one talks about performance anxiety, one can say with certainty that it encourages a negative feeling in a person. Driven by the main emotion of fear, depending on the individual, performance anxiety is emphasized in a greater or lesser intensity. Performance anxiety is a type of fear that is felt in relation to some future situation that the subject estimates to exceed his/her abilities. From this very definition, one can come to the conclusion, through research, what the reason for this performance anxiety is. Very often the reason is readiness before going public or insecurity in one's own competencies.
