Abstract (croatian) | Zbornik radova Ivan Lukačić: kapelnik splitske katedrale, rezultat je suradnje Katoličkog bogoslovnog fakulteta i Umjetničke akademije u Splitu i međunarodnog znanstveno-umjetničkog simpozija Ivan Lukačić, kapelnik splitske prvostolnice (u povodu 400. godišnjice izdanja zbirke Sacrae cantiones). Autori obrađuju povijesne i društvene prilike grada Splita u vrijeme ranog baroka u kojem je u splitskoj katedrali djelovao skladatelj Ivan Lukačić. Predstavljajući glazbeni arhiv splitske katedrale te opisujući život i opus djela Lukačićevih suvremenika Benedetta Pellizzarija, Julija Bajamontija, i Ante Albertija dobivamo cjelokupni ambijent i vrijeme u kojem je Lukačić živio i stvarao svoja djela. Na kraju se opisuju Lukačićeve skladbe – svih 27 moteta, analiza njihovih tekstova, njihova liturgijska upotreba i današnji način realizacije basso continua i današnje suvremene mogućnosti izvedbe.Ovaj dvojezični (englesko-hrvatski) zbornik, kojeg uređuju Mihael Prović i Doris Žuro, trebao bi biti koristan svim domaćim i međunarodnim znanstvenicima koji obrađuju grad Split i njegovu glazbenu umjetnost, kako bi glazbenici (pjevači i svirači ranobarokne glazbe), orguljaši i zborovođe, pa i studenti teologije i umjetničke akademije (svi zainteresirani za kulturno-umjetničku baštinu Grada Splita i Splitsko-makarske nadbiskupije), upoznali vrijeme, život i djelo „oca hrvatske glazbe” Ivana Marka Lukačića. |
Abstract (english) | Proceedings Ivan Lukačić: Maestro di Cappella of the Cathedral of Split is the result of the international scientific-artistic symposium Ivan Lukačić, Maestro di Cappella of the Cathedral of Split (on the occasion of the 400th anniversary of the Sacrae cantiones collection), organized by Catholic Faculty of Theology and Arts Academy of the University of Split. The symposium brought together eminent experts whose different scientific and artistic research interests united and connected many aspects of Lukačić’s time and work and pointed out the importance of his legacy in national and European music history. The authors deal with the historical and social circumstances of the city of Split during the early Baroque period when the composer Ivan Lukačić worked in the Split Cathedral. The music archives of the Split Cathedral contains valuable data on the life and work of Lukačić’s contemporaries Benedetto Pellizzari, Julius Bajamonti and Ante Alberti. The presented data provide a complete picture of the time in which Lukačić lived and created his works. Finally, we provide descriptions of Lukačić’s compositions (all 27 motets), analysis of motet texts, the use in the liturgy and today’s realization of basso continuo and contemporary performance possibilities. These bilingual conference proceedings (English-Croatian), edited by Mihael Prović and Doris Žuro, can be a relevant source to all national and international scholars interested in the city of Split and its musical art. The proceedings can be appealing to early Baroque music singers and instrumentalists, organists, choirmasters, and students in Religion and Music studies. All those interested in the cultural and artistic heritage of the City of Split and the Split-Makarska Archdiocese can find much information on the time, life, and work of the “father of Croatian music” |
